Our process:

1.    Pre-cleaning inspection.
2.    Pre-vacuum to remove dry soil.
3.    Pre-condition – a conditioner is applied to loosen and breakdown soil.
4.    Furniture moving – performed with our premium service.
5.    Grooming – the conditioner is brushed in to ensure all the carpet face fiber is conditioned for the best cleaning results.
6.    Neutralization and Extraction – a neutralizer is applied to aid in removal of the soils and conditioner.
7.    Spot treatment – available for any problem areas that may be discovered during cleaning.
8.    Protectant – Scotchgard can be applied for an additional charge to help aid in repelling soils and spills.
9.    Post grooming – the carpet fibers are lightly brushed to aid the drying process.
10.    Speed dry – with our premium service we utilize air movers to quickly dry the carpet as we clean.
11.    Post-cleaning inspection – we will walkthrough with you to review the cleaning when we finish.
